Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states. International orders are evaluated case-by-case; please contact us with your destination before placing an international order so we can advise on customs, transit time, and applicable restrictions.
Processing time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a US business day typically ship the same day. Orders placed afterwards, on weekends, or on US federal holidays ship the next business day. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as the label is printed.
Carriers & transit time
- USPS Priority Mail — 1–3 business days, default for most orders
- USPS Priority Mail Express — overnight or 2-day, available at checkout
- UPS Ground — 1–5 business days, used for heavier or higher-value shipments
Transit times are estimates from the carrier; we don’t control delivery once the package is handed off. Your tracking page will always show the most accurate ETA.
Cool-ship protocol
Every order containing a lyophilised or reconstituted peptide ships in an insulated mailer with reusable ice packs. The internal temperature stays well within the manufacturer’s stability window for the documented transit time. Even if the ice packs arrive thawed, the compound’s lyophilised state is short-term stable at room temperature for several days — the ice is a defence-in-depth measure, not a strict requirement for potency.
Discreet packaging
Outer packaging carries no AeroPeptides branding, no product names, and no indication of contents. The return address on the label is a neutral business name. Inside, items are individually padded and bubble-wrapped.
Insurance & damage protection
Every order is fully insured against loss or damage in transit at no additional cost. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us with photographs (where possible) within 48 hours of the recorded delivery time and we’ll re-ship at no charge.
Free shipping threshold
Domestic US orders over $150 ship free via USPS Priority Mail. Below that threshold, shipping is calculated by weight and destination at checkout.
