Return window
Unopened, factory-sealed product may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the original delivery date. The buyer is responsible for return-shipping costs unless the return is caused by an error on our part (wrong item, defective product, damage in transit).
What we can’t accept back
- Opened, broken, or used vials
- Reconstituted product
- Bacteriostatic water and other consumables where the seal has been broken
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Items without an RMA (return authorisation) number issued by our team
How to start a return
- Email support@aeropeptides.com with your order number, the products you want to return, and a brief reason.
- We’ll reply within one business day with an RMA number and the return address.
- Ship the product back using a tracked carrier. We recommend including the RMA number on the outer packaging.
- On receipt and inspection, we’ll refund the original payment method within five business days. Card refunds usually appear in 3–10 days depending on the issuer.
Damage or loss in transit
Every order is insured against loss or damage in transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the recorded delivery time with photographs where possible. We’ll re-ship the affected items at no charge — there’s no need to return the damaged product first.
Wrong item or defect
If we shipped the wrong item, or you receive a vial with an obvious defect, we’ll cover the return shipping and re-ship the correct product right away. Email us within 14 days of delivery.
Refund timing
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days of our receiving the returned product. Credit and debit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 3–10 days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We don’t issue store credit unless you specifically request it.
Coupons & promo codes
Discounts and promotional pricing applied at the time of purchase remain in effect on the refunded amount — i.e. if you paid the discounted price, that’s the amount refunded.
