The commitment
Every product sold by AeroPeptides is for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or therapeutic agents. They have not been evaluated by the FDA. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
What is permitted
- Cell-culture and in-vitro experimentation
- Validated animal-model research conducted under appropriate institutional review (e.g. IACUC)
- Analytical chemistry — purity comparisons, reference-standard work
- Educational use in academic or industry research training
- Internal research-and-development under a registered scientific entity
What is not permitted
By purchasing from AeroPeptides you agree that you will not:
- Administer any product to a human being for any reason
- Administer any product to a non-research animal (pets, livestock)
- Compound or formulate any product into a finished consumer or therapeutic form
- Resell, redistribute, or transfer products for any of the above purposes
- Use products in violation of any applicable local, state, or federal law
Researcher attestation
By placing an order you attest that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are a qualified researcher (academic, industry, or independent)
- You will handle, store, and dispose of products in accordance with all applicable safety and biosafety regulations
- You will not administer products to humans or non-research animals
- You accept full responsibility for the use of any product purchased
Compliance obligations
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any product complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. Some compounds may be subject to additional control or licensing requirements at the institutional, state, or international level. Confirm permitted use locally before ordering.
Withdrawal of sale
AeroPeptides reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order at our sole discretion if we have reason to believe the intended use violates this policy. We may decline to re-supply customers who indicate non-research-use intent in any communication with us.
Reporting concerns
If you have reason to believe an AeroPeptides product is being misused, please email support@aeropeptides.com. We take misuse reports seriously and investigate every credible tip.
